In order to be eligible for inclusion in our directory, a Realtor must meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Must have held a valid Florida real estate license for a minimum of 3 years (or a total of 5 years if licensed in another state previously)
• Must be a member of Fort Myers Board of Realtors^® (FMBR), Bonita Springs Estero Association of Realtors^® (BSEAR) or the Cape Coral Association of Realtors^® (CCAR) and the National Association of Realtors^® (NAR)
• Agent must have a website
• Real estate sales must be a full-time occupation

Agents who do not meet this criteria, are welcome to submit their website to our reciprocal links directory.

Those meeting the criteria will receive an index listing and a bio page with which to link to specific areas of their website. This bio page is completely optimized for Google, Yahoo & MSN and is submitted via Google Sitemaps and tracked using Google Analytics.

There is an annual fee of $50, which may be paid by clicking the Pay Now button below. After payment has been tendered, you'll be brought back to the submission page to provide your information.
